Fingerprint Images Submitted Electronically Using a Live Scan Device. Fees Vary on License Type & Level of Service. Live Scan fee is the service providers "Rolling Fee" plus any government processing fees that apply to your "Request for Live Scan Service" form. The ORI Code on your Request for Live Scan Service form determines the level of service required for your background check.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If cancelling after our 24 hour policy, and you wish to reschedule, there will be an additional $10.00 inconvenience fee.
